Family Camping FAQs

Campsite: Peguea Creek Campground

Address:  86 Fox Hollow Road, Pequea, PA 17565

Check in time:  Friday, Oct. 25th  12 – 6:00 pm  ( I am sure if people arrive later than 6 it is ok.)

Check out time:  Sunday, Oct. 27th by 4:00 (Typically we all leave after breakfast clean up and camp breakdown which we’re usually finished by 10-10:30)
 
Meals:
• Friday night dinner on your own, Saturday B L & D along with dessert provided as well as Sunday breakfast by the pack
 
Activities:
**Bring pumpkins for carving and lighting Saturday night!**
• Walking trails. We will most likely take a hike as a group for whom ever is interested.  Also, bike riding if interested. (Bring your own bike; any child  under 12 must have helmet)
• Playground
• May want to bring Frisbee, football and or baseball gloves.
 
Amenities:
• Restrooms
• Drinking Water
• Showers (coin operated)
 
Things to bring:
•Tent, ground cover, foam pad, sleeping bags
• Rain gear – Possible showers Friday into Saturday
•Hiking boots or comfortable shoes for hiking
• Folding chairs for campsite/campfire
• Extra outfit/socks and shoes because it may be wet
• Any wanted snacks for between meals
